3 of New Hampshire's 17 high schools with a college signee have produced an NFL draft pick or a multi-year college starter, and they are the ones ranked above; search finds any of the 17, and every one has its own page. NFL picks count the draft-window classes (the number under each is that school's signees in them); multi-year starters count FBS signees at positions with a stat, so offensive linemen and pre-2016 defenders are left out of that denominator rather than counted as zeros. Only FBS and FCS signees are counted; Division II, III and NAIA signees are not.

Other states

The same read for every state with enough college signings to measure.

A recruit's state is his HOMETOWN, so this is where New Hampshire talent comes from rather than where it plays. Descriptive hindsight, not a forecast. Draft outcomes cover all positions (20062020 signing classes, each with the full five drafts behind it). Multi-year starters (2+ starter-equivalent seasons) are counted only where they can be measured: FBS signees at positions with a stat, offense from the 2008 class, kickers and punters from 2009 and defense from 2016, because CFBD's season stats do not cover every team before then. Everyone else is left out of that count's denominator, not counted as zero. How this is measured.
